The Solution

The personalized search solution significantly improved Cyberphoto’s site search capabilities, both technically using advanced features like NLP and Merchandising Cloud’s powerful new model/SKU search, as well as through the use of a leading AI personalization algorithm. This solution improved UX on the store, increased Cyberphoto’s overall site speed, almost halved the number of search refinements being conducted by shoppers, and allowed for the implementation of Cyberphoto’s desired filters.

The Results

Following integration with Merchandising Cloud personalized search, Cyberphoto experienced a 26% increase in Search Conversion. This rose a further 4% after implementing Merchandising Cloud’s new model search feature.

There was a 53.7% decrease in search refinements, meaning more shoppers were now finding relevant results from the first search, and so there was no need for them to search again.
