Merchandising Cloud’s personalized search solution improved Storiarts’ site search capabilities both technically through the use of features like NLP and advanced spelling tolerance (which was significant because customers misspell author names), as well as through the use of Merchandising Cloud’s leading personalization AI. The solution also included an autocomplete function which improved findability. Furthermore, the recommendations solution improved the site’s upsell and cross-sell ability, while Merchandising Cloud analytics captured detailed data on what customers were looking for on-site.
